How to Convert VOB to MP4 for playback on LG Smart TV

Having problems screen? Recently, change the screen resolution in Windows, and is now left blank or black screen, you can not change back? Its frustrating when it happens! Connect your computer to a more advanced monitor - one way to see all again just to connect a computer to a monitor that can support a higher resolution.
